My music repertoire spans selections from Cajun Zydeco, Rock and Roll, the Blues, Jazz, and Dixieland. My skills are fixed on the audience having a good time.

My background as a civil rights attorney and political science professor gives me the tools to put life into the pages history. My experiences cover the front lines of social and political movements with which our country continues to struggle.

These experiences give me insight into both the legal and human sides our country’s story. As an entertainer and teacher, I can make tough topics accessible opening up discussion among new or familiar audiences. I construct programs that weave music into and around the history of our political journeys.
