Howard L. Feinstein is the author of Developing Issues in the Legal Status of Women: Cases and Commentaries, published by Pearson [Prentice Hall], 1999.  A supplement to the first edition was published in 2000.  He is currently concluding work on Fire On The Bayou:  True Tales From The Civil Rights Battlefront, a history / memoir of Mr. Feinstein’s civil rights work, featuring Ku Klux Klan cases and other prosecutions involving racially-motivated violence.

He is the author of a chapter in Prisoners’ Rights Sourcebook, published by Clark-Boardman in 1973.  He has written many articles and materials on a wide range of legal topics, including civil rights, criminal law, and banking and regulatory issues.
